To fix this, simply grab the two lines coming from the pump head and pull them tightly away from the pump head while pressing the manual dose button (the button that looks like a drop) for 15 – 20 seconds. What is wrong?Ī: In some cases, during initial assembly or during shipping the tightness of the tubing in the pump head becomes loose and the pump rollers do not make enough contact with the tubing. I set up my sentia® doser and the pump sounds like it is running and even vibrates a little but no fluid is moving through the line. ![]()
